All frames come with a guaranteed 1 year warranty from the initial date of purchase towards manufacturer defects.

Frames purchased elsewhere will not have warranty through our clinic. 

We provide complimentary adjustments to frames purchased at Family Focus Eyecare. Visit us for regular maintenance and check-ups for lens wear. 

Out of office adjustments will be subject to a fee.

Eyewear prescriptions are valid for 1-2 years.

The exact validity is established by your optometrist based on your individual eye health needs.

Your eyewear comes with a complimentary bottle of cleaner & cleaning cloth. 
Avoid using tissues to clean your lenses as this can result in scratching.
A thorough weekly cleaning using lotion-free dish soap and warm water is recommended to preserve your coatings.
Avoid extreme temperatures as this can warp the frames or damage the lenses.

We offer direct billing for vision care with select insurance providers. At this time, we do not process coordination of benefits.

We understand that sometimes modifications need to be made in order to get you seeing your best. 

All of our lenses come with a 60 day fitting warranty and 60 day doctor’s change in prescription warranty.
